Terms and Conditions

  1. Placing of order
    We select the freshest blooms for all our orders. Thus we need at least 3 days advance notice before the intended delivery date. Your order will be confirmed through email or phone message. Please contact us at +65 9734 6739 if you did not receive any confirmation from us.
  2. Delivery
    Delivery fee is waived for all orders except for requests to deliver at specific timing or at selected locations where additional surcharge of S$25.00 will be applicable:
    – Tuas
    – Penjuru
    – PSA (Free freight zone)
    – Changi Airport Cargo and Air Base
    – Jurong Island
    – Army Camps / Police Camps
  3. Prices
    All prices are in Singapore Currency (SGD) and all deliveries are within Singapore only. GST of 7% is non applicable for all our products and service.
  4. Mode of Payment
    Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Paypal.
  5. Delivery Hours
    Our delivery time slot is 10 am to 6 pm, Mondays to Sundays. For delivery after 6 pm onwards or for specific timing, a surcharge of S$25 is applicable.
  6. Availability of Flowers
    We seek your kind understanding that certain flowers are subject to availability during the various seasons. If a particular flower type is not available at the time of your order or if the condition of the flower is not of acceptable standard, we reserve the right to replace flowers of the same or higher value.
  7. Receipt of Delivery
    Please ensure that the person that you are sending the flowers to is at home or in the office on the day of delivery. In the event if there is nobody at the premise to receive the flowers, we will leave the flowers outside the door or at a safe place such as the management office or security guardhouse in a condo. In the event when it is not possible to leave the bouquet outside the house or with the staff at the guardhouse, we will contact the sender to reschedule the delivery. A transport fee of S$25.00 will be applicable for the second trip.
